Due to the specific Sugaring method and organic Sugaring paste, all facial hair, no matter how thin and short can be removed.

Sugaring paste only adheres to the dead skin cells, not damaging facial skin and causing breakouts.

How to prepare your face for Sugaring?

The day before Face Sugaring, make sure to check whether your face has breakouts, sunburns, or acne. We always recommend you to wait until your face skin is calm before sugaring.

Don't do aggressive face pealings and treatments the days before your treatment, or anything that can cause allergic reactions.

On the Sugaring day, just wash your face gently to make sure your skin is clean. Do not apply any creams, serums, or makeup before coming to the appointment.

After the Sugaring appointment, avoid exposure to Sun. Avoid oceans, swimming pools, and any physical activity.

Applying makeup is not recommended, so you should let your skin rest for at least 24h. If you need to put makeup on, wait at least 2-4h after the sugaring.

Face Sugaring FAQ

How long does Face Sugaring last?

It depends on the area of the face, but on average it lasts up to 6 weeks.

The time it takes for your facial hair to grow back also depends on genetics, but the more often you Sugar, the slower it will grow back.

I've got acne/pimples after Sugaring, what do I do?

If it’s your first Face Sugaring, don’t worry. It is common to experience this as a result of your immune system’s response to sudden hair removal.

The hair on your face, peach-fuzz, serves as a skin protector, and this is why breakout is common with first-time Face Sugaring.

As your skin gets used to Sugaring, these reactions will subside, but if you are anxious about it, we recommend you come for a patch test before scheduling the appointment.

Can I have Facial Sugaring if I am using Accutane?

You shouldn’t get any part of your body Sugared if you are on Accutane, since it dries out your skin and therefore it can suffer huge damage.

After you stopped using Accutane, you should wait at least 3-6 months before Sugaring.

Booking a test patch before scheduling an appointment is advised.

Can I do Face Sugaring while using Retin-A, or other topical retinoids?

We do not recommend you to do Sugaring while using Retin-A or Retinol products.

If you want to get Sugared, stop using them 5 days before your appointment.

You should refrain from Sugaring if you are using any medication that increases photosensitivity too, or make sure to consult with your doctor first.

Can I have an allergic reaction to the Sugaring paste?

Sugaring paste is a hypoallergenic and 100% organic product, made of only water, lemon, and sugar.

With that, you cannot get an allergic reaction to the Sugaring paste.

However, you can get a skin rash or pimples after your first Sugaring, because your skin is not used to hair removal, especially if you’ve never waxed before.

Can Sugaring lead to permanent hair removal?

Regular Sugaring can help with permanent hair removal.

Every time we do Sugaring, we extract a part of the hair follicle wall out, causing it to eventually disappear.

That way, Sugaring can significantly reduce the amount of hair you have and make it thinner too.

The most important thing is to Sugar on a regular basis (every 4 to 6 weeks on average for Face Sugaring), and never shave in between the appointments.
